Delivery information

Please allow 5 - 7 working days from despatch date for delivery to UK destinations. Goods will be despatched as soon as cheques are cleared.

Delivery charges

Add £4.95 for the first Room Theme, then add £2.75 for every additional Room Theme ordered. For Letters, Numbers and Bunting orders add £1.95.

The Kidscapes logo is a registered trademark.

Terms and conditions

We hope you and your little one will be happy with your Kidscapes Room Theme.

However, if for any reason you’re not pleased return the Room Theme unused and in its original packaging within 14 days and we will refund or exchange it for you.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than on incorrect or faulty items. Sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us so please obtain a proof of posting.
